Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Complete inbound and outbound calls to current and prospective customers and clients.
- Maintain the customer database using CRM Sales Force and an ERP.
- Utilize telecommunications and online skills to address client and customer leads.
- Process inbound and outbound calls for client leads and dormant accounts.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma.
- Computer literate and able to work within several systems
- Familiar with a call center environment and making outbound calls to clients.
- Ability to speak articulately with excellent grammar to both clients and internal staff.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $34,000-$36,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
