Customer Service Representatives-Medicare

A well-known Houston area healthcare organization is partnering with The Reserves Network to seek Customer Service Representatives to assist with answering questions from Medicare beneficiaries about their coverage options. Responsibilities:
- Assist with outbound calls regarding Medicare options
- Contact new and existing members who need to enroll in healthcare benefits.
- Follow up to ensure resolutions for existing members.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of Medicare or managed care experience is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred not required.
