Job Description
Works in collaboration with supervisor and staff to ensure efficient request coordination for Speaker, Tours, and Fairs and Materials on Demand. Supports work of the Engagement team, including volunteer engagement and event activities as assigned. Works with detail-oriented requests in a deadline driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and schedule requests for the Speakers, Tours, and Fairs program
- Maintaining the approved guest list, coordinate contacts, and manage tracking information and engagement events
- Support the program approval process, track and mail campaign envelopes for processing/audits.
- Assist with tracking and distributing merchandise for events and special projects.
- Perform other administrative and volunteer engagement projects, duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and accurately following directions
- Good people skills and the ability to interact with diverse staff, corporate partners, and agencies at all levels
- Excellent customer service, organizational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Physical exertion includes bending, pushing, standing, walking and ability to move or carry objects and materials approximately 25 pounds
