Job Description
The Canada Payroll Consultant will have responsibilities that include UAT, end-to-end, and parallel testing to ensure accuracy and compliance while collaborating with implementation consultants. Extensive knowledge of Canadian payroll compliance, tax calculations, and audit processes is required, along with Workday and Global View ADP expertise. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition while allowing the payroll team to maintain day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and support daily testing activities for Workday and ADP Global View systems to ensure a successful go live date in Q2 2025
- Perform UAT, end-to-end, and parallel testing to validate system accuracy, compliance, and functionality during implementation
- Collaborate with the payroll management team to advance testing efforts while enabling them to focus on PeopleSoft production tasks.
- Provide administrative support for Canadian payroll processes, ensuring seamless coordination and system readiness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- UAT/Test payroll execution in UAT environment, 5k employees
- Must have Global View ADP Canadian payroll experience
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian Payroll, particularly within compliance rules
- Workday experience, a plus

The base salary range for this position is $45- &75 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
