Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Operating Room (OR). In this role, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care to surgical patients. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and organizing surgical instruments, scrubbing in on cases to assist the surgeon, and ensuring a safe and efficient surgical environment
Responsibilities:
- Prepare instruments and supplies for each surgical procedure.
- Scrub in on surgical cases, assisting the surgeon as needed.
- Assist in room turnover and ensure proper instrument decontamination.
- Contribute to the orientation and training of new surgical technicians.
- Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles across all age groups, including Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required.
- Experience in an OR setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

The base pay range for this position is $24-$26, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
