WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
- DIRECT HIRE
- ONSITE (will help with relocation)
- Standard 8AM – 5PM
- SALARY – around $120K
- COMPANY STAND OUT FACT: Small rural critical access hospital offering general medical and surgical services for the community they are located in
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- BS in Finance/Accounting
- 4+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare/hospital setting (preferably CAH)
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As a CFO, you will oversee the financial health of the facility, manage budgets, accounting, financial reporting and revenue cycle. You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and work on optimizing funding and reimbursement from various sources. You will analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions and maintain the hospital’s economic stability.
