Job Description
Seeking a skilled HVAC HVAC Chiller Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of comfort and process classified and non-classified HVAC/R equipment including refrigeration, ice machines, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, chillers, rental equipment, VFD’s, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, pressurizers, pneumatic controls, steam heating, dehumidifiers and humidifiers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on air cooled, water cooled centrifugal, process chiller systems, pumps, valves, fan coil units in a commercial and industrial environment.
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components associated with these systems.
- Assist in defining and developing the training, materials and tools needed to support our chiller maintenance/service business.
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various classified and non-classified heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment in a commercial and industrial environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of HVAC/R equipment
- Knowledgeable of HVAC Equipment such as water-cooled chillers, air cooled chillers, centrifugal chillers, process chillers, DX, Air Pressurization and Scrubber Systems as well as Energy management controls both Pneumatic and Digital Controls.

The base salary range for this position $40-45 an hour excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
