Job Description
The Claims Processor plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate support for implementing new small business clients, contributing to the department’s reputation for 12 consecutive years of 100% client satisfaction. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where you'll add value to a leading vision care provider.
Responsibilities:
- Set up new client structures following standard processes, using a Salesforce queue.
- Track completed tasks with the Salesforce Implementation Tracker project management tool.
- Validate benefits setup in the Facets system, addressing discrepancies with implementation owners.
- Create online portal access for new clients, including sending emails, tracking statuses, and reporting issues.
- Monitor shared Outlook mailboxes for membership documents from clients, brokers, or third-party administrators.
- Review and validate membership documents in Microsoft Excel and Word, ensuring accurate formatting and data.
- Communicate updates needed for successful enrollment or submission.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (medium-advanced), Outlook, and cloud-based applications (e.g., OneDrive).
- Skilled in multitasking across systems, with preferred data entry experience.
