Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a clamp truck to move, stack, and retrieve various types of materials and products.
- Adjust the clamp mechanism to handle different loads, including bundles of goods and large, irregularly shaped items.
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks or storage areas, ensuring items are placed in the correct locations.
- Verify that the quantities and types of items match the shipping and receiving documents.
- Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections of the clamp truck, checking for mechanical issues, fluid levels, and safety equipment functionality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have reliable transportation
- 2-3 years of Forklift Certified Clamp
- Ability and flexibility to work various scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including stand/walk/bend/lift continuously and perform physical tasks
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
