Job Description
Provide excellent customer service to agents and insureds. Handle incoming email and direct to the correct location. Support different business units within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to agents and insureds
- Handle first and second level inquiries
- Handle billing inquiries
- Helps in testing of computer applications and reporting any issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Understanding of basic math
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must work with detail and accuracy

The base salary range for this position is $21 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
