Job Description
Work in a friendly fast paced machining department assisting with completing customers' orders.
Responsibilities:
- Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
- Fabricates precision parts from metal, plastic fiber, aluminum, etc., using CNC machine tools such as lathes, and milling machines, adjusting machine settings, including speed, feed, and depth of cut.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, adjusting as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC lathe Operator.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, geometric dimensions, and job specifications.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments and various hand tools.
- Use of a computer system to issue material, labor, and record quality data.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $41,600 -$47,960, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
