- Set up and operate CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.) to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Produce one off quality products.
- Perform regular maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining preferred.
- Experience as a CNC Machinist. Tool and Die experience preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a machining environment.
