CNC Programmer- Direct Hire

Hours: 7am-3:30pm
The Reserves Network is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer with Mastercam experience for a manufacturing company located in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines in a fast-paced production environment.
Duties include:
- Program CNC machines using Mastercam software.
- Set up and operate CNC machinery for precise manufacturing operations.
- Interpret and implement detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
- Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments to ensure quality control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with CNC equipment or programming.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and tool changes on CNC machines.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in CNC programming with Mastercam.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and engineering instructions.
- High attention to detail and quality control.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment is required.
