Job Description
Do you enjoy having weekends off? Do you enjoy going above and beyond assisting and answering inbound calls with account inquiries, payment options and account information? Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls collecting payment information, update customer toll road accounts.
- Resolve disputed and escalated calls in a timely period.
- Utilize 10-key data entry skills to process and verify license plate images recorded by toll road cameras.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1-2) years of RECENT call center or collections experience
- Typing or data entry skills (35 + WPM or 6500 kph)
- Able to sit for periods at a time.
- Customer Service skills and professional attitude
- Must be punctual by arriving on time.
- Dispute resolution skills a huge plus
- Collections experience extremely helpful.

Your New Organization:
A small team of inbound call center representatives assist the public regarding their West Virginia toll tags and accounts. This position serves as a backup to assist with entering license plate information when time permits.
