- Support the Compensation Team with projects and employee merit/performance reviews.
- Ensure Oracle HCM accurately reflects salary and compensation changes; audit data for accuracy.
- Maintain job review schedules, track salary changes, and monitor budget compliance.
- Develop compensation reports and create documentation to improve system usability.
- Manage job data integrity in Lawson and maintain standardized job descriptions.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administrative, or related field is highly preferred.
- A minimum 2 years of directly related employee compensation experience or 3 years in an HR Analyst position with heavy data analysis responsibilities.
- Experience with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and reports pertaining to compensation.
- Long term temporary position that could become a full time position!
