Job Description
You will play the lead tole in assisting the organization in their ongoing audits which include oversight from SEC & SOX
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual risk assessment and monthly internal audit plan
- Communicate internal control findings to management and the Audit Committee
- Assist external auditors with procedures as assigned
- Coordinate annual business insurance renewal and analyze policies for risk coverage
- Participate in the Company Enterprise Risk Management Committee Perform operational audits as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Must have strong exposure to SOX compliance audits
- Must have a CPA or CIA

The hourly wage range for this position is $50 – $60 (i, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
