Job Description: A prominent homebuilder is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support their Legal Department. This role focuses on processing and tracking executed land contracts, managing updates, and maintaining organized documentation. You will collaborate closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Land Acquisition teams to ensure seamless contract administration.
Responsibilities:
- Enter critical dates on land contracts and track changes and updates.
- Process payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as copying, filing, saving, indexing, and organizing transactional documents.
- Update sales contract forms and data as directed by the Legal Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of real estate contracts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and respond to time-sensitive requests.

The base salary range for this position is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final pay rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
