Job Description
The Contracts Administrator II supports the Centralized Patient Care Data Management System (CPCDMS) and ensures the integration of Ryan White Grant Part A, MAI & EHE data collection strategies. This role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, providing technical support, processing system updates and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain contract records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide training and technical support to internal teams on contract policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Develop and update contract templates, training materials, and procedural guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to facilitate contract execution, amendments, and renewals.
- Compile and submit reports on contract performance, compliance, and key deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field
- Three years of experience in healthcare data system management, with at least two years in contracts administration
- One year of experience supporting a multi-site PC-based database system
- Knowledge of SQL database platforms
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
