Job Description
A successful Controller in this role will lead the corporate accounting department with integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to financial accuracy. By effectively managing cash operations, overseeing reporting and compliance, and ensuring timely processing of financial transactions, they will support strategic decision-making and organizational stability. Their ability to build a diverse and high-performing team while maintaining strong internal controls will be key to driving efficiency and long-term financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including cash flow, bank relations, and transaction accuracy to safeguard company assets.
- Oversee accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, audits, and budgeting processes.
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.
- Lead and develop a team by hiring, training, and evaluating staff while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 10 years corporate accounting experience
- 6 years manager experience of a minimum of 3 direct reports
- Shown success with developing a team and process improvement

The base salary range for this position is $140,000–$150,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
