Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and detail oriented financial leader with a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. Not only should you have proven success in managing accounting operations, audits, and internal controls, but a drive to develop high performing accounting team. Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills are essential, as this role requires partnering with senior leadership to ensure financial transparency and drive organizational success. A proactive mindset, ability to navigate complex financial structures, and commitment to process improvement will be key to excelling in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and comply with accounting standards and regulations
- Supervise daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and tax reporting
- Coordinate audits, monitor financial performance, and assist with budget planning
- Work with leadership to enhance financial systems and integrate accounting with other departments
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a strong and efficient accounting team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA and/or MBA preferred
- 10 years multi-entity accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The base salary range for this position is $140,000–$170,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
