Job Description:
The Reserves Network is hiring Credit Card Ambassadors at a popular Orlando Resort to enhance guest experiences by promoting exclusive credit card benefits. You will be part of the excitement while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic theme park environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage visitors warmly while providing information on Universal's credit card offerings and their benefits.
- Customize suggestions based on guest preferences to enhance their park experience with credit cards.
- Address inquiries about applications, rewards, fees, and terms, ensuring accurate assistance with applications.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve acquisition targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and park attractions to effectively promote credit card value while adhering to all regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Dedicated to providing exceptional service with a friendly attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for connecting with diverse audiences.
- Ability to effectively present and promote credit card benefits.
- Ensure accuracy in application completion and compliance with procedures.
- Willingness to work varied hours, stand for long periods, and handle physical demands, including lifting to 50 lbs and working outdoors.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
