Job Description:
As a Customer Service Intake Specialist, you will have a big impact on conducting an overall quality experience for each medical patient. Implementing top-of-the-line customer service and assistance to hospital personnel, physicians, and customers. You'll take phone calls, issue out medical equipment, and document all needed information via computer.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately gather and enter patient information into the system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and issues via phone/email
- Ensure all intake procedures adhere to healthcare regulations, privacy laws (HIPAA)
- Issuing Medical Equipment to patients/physicians
Qualifications and Requirements
- The ability to read and write English
- Pleasant tone & attitude, phone etiquette, great personality
- Computer experience and skills needed
- Ability to interact professionally with physicians, patients/family, and coworkers of all ages
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening

If hired, your base salary will be determined based on individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
