Job Description:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will greet and support the department as needed. Assist the housing department with providing applications to new residents, processing applications, and service the department as a receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, residents, and the public. Service as department Receptionist for applications and respond to inquiries, assist clients, process applications, and take appropriate action in accordance with procedures. Answer incoming calls in a call centre environment.
- Will be responsible for clerical and mail duties. Distribute correspondence, documents, forms, packets that are delivered personally or by mail to department staff.
- Assist with documentation questions and submissions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HS Diploma/ GED
- Bilingual Creole/French and English
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Customer Service driven

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
