Job Description
Customer Service candidates will serve as a responder to public health emergencies such as floods, hurricanes, and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals in navigating health care systems.
- Perform outreach and education in communities. Must have experience in community engagement and customer service experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License
- Requires a high school diploma or a GED.
- Six months of administrative or customer service-related experience is required.
Substitution: An Associate degree may be substituted for the experience

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $40,000 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
