Title Bilingual Customer Service Representative II
Pay Rate: $20.00
Location: NRG Stadium Area
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
The City of Houston Health and Human Services Department looking for an Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Good communication skills, coordinate appointments with families to discuss the relocation process. Make families reservations, coordinate appointment with moving company.
- Will perform other duties. Be able to prepare reports, and track relocation expenses. Perform daily operational tasks relocation expenses.
- Perform daily operational tasks. Be detailed orientated is a priority, be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- List Qualification or Requirements:
- Must be Bilingual Spanish/English. Know how to operate office equipment.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License
- High School diploma or a GED
- Two years of administrative or customer service-related experience are required.
