Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring excellent service delivery. You will address inquiries regarding member benefits, claim status, and health plan claim processing requirements. This role requires documenting customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a strong working relationship with colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from healthcare providers.
- Assist customers with inquiries about member benefits and eligibility.
- Verify claim status and guide claim processing requirements.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Ensure confidentiality and comply with company policies.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a preference for call center, medical, or insurance backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Epic experience preferred

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
