Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing sales and support, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional sales and support for products and services
- Calculate quote prices for standard products
- Determine availability and lead times for purchased products
- Advise customers on expected delivery dates and shipping methods
- Accurately enter purchase orders into the system
- Generate internal reports as needed
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Strong communication skills in-person, over the phone, and via video conferencing
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to evolving processes
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to manage high-stress situations and frequent interruptions while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to solve practical problems and handle variables in non-standardized situations
- Capacity to interpret various forms of instructions, including written, verbal, diagrams, and schedules
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

The base salary for this position is $20/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
