Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, calculate quotes and determine availability and/or lead time for purchase products. Advise customers of expected delivery dates and shipping methods. Ensure accurate and complete data entry of purchase orders into software.
Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional sales and support to purchasers of products and services
- Calculate quotes for standard products

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills in person, via phone and during video conferences
- Ability to resolve customer grievances in a professional manner
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
