Responsibilities:
- Complete a minimum of 45 calls a day.
- Complete data entry.
- Answer e-mails and grow to assist via webchat.
- Provide an excellent guest experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One or more years of customer service support; call center experience a plus.
- Customer service focused guest experience and resolution.
- Problem-solver who takes initiative.
- Positive attitude transfers well when speaking through the phone.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
- Must complete background check and drug screen
