Job Description
The primary role of the Date Entry/Customer Service Representative is to maintain the customer database by entering new and updated information; as well as to interact with the customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist with their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from hard copy to XLIMS
- Update customer information into database
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
- Operate common office equipment EX scanners and printers
- Provide administrative support
- Ensuring customers are satisfied with services
- Escalating queries and concerns
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strongly developed organization and multitasking skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Customer service
- Time-management skills
