Job Description:
A well-known distribution warehouse in Strongsville, OH, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading National Distributor of C-Class Maintenance, Repair, Operating, and Production supplies. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth operations within the Customer Service department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional manner
- Process orders, billing, credits, and debits accurately
- Maintain accurate records in SAP (preferred)
- Work collaboratively with the team while managing independent tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving
Qualifications and Requirements:
- SAP experience preferred
- Call center or customer service experience required
- Strong organizational, multitasking and people skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Email-driven through Outlook and detail oriented
