What you will be doing:
- Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls to introduce new plan benefits for existing members
- Answering and documenting members' calls related to inquiries, questions, and concerns for eligibility.
- Provide essential support by answering questions regarding the benefits of the new plan year benefits.
Your New Role:
Join a distinguished organization in Houston, TX as a Customer Service Advocate. You will receive incoming calls and make outbound calls to introduce new plan benefits for existing members, provide eligibility and benefit information, and provide essential support by answering questions regarding the new plan year benefits.
What is required:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Six (6) months of call center experience is required; managed care/health insurance experience is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, is required.
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills are required.
