In this role, you will assist the data services department with maintaining accurate database records on constituents, staff, volunteers, and visitors. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accurate database records for constituents, staff, volunteers, and visitors
- Assist with data entry and record management for various departments
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks while balancing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting strict deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to support department goals and initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service/data entry environment
- At least 2 years of experience in records management and data entry
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance speed and accuracy
