Data Reporting Developer | $34 – $45 per hour | Hybrid Contract

- Schedule: Flexible Hybrid (50% per week in-office after 100% onsite training)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Reports – Design, create, modify, and troubleshoot recurring and ad hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and usability for business analysis.
- Ensure Data Integrity – Work closely with Agile team members to maintain data integrity across reports and the Data Warehouse, while also reviewing the work of other developers for accuracy.
- Optimize Data Processes – Identify inefficiencies in ETL and reporting processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance performance.
- Leverage Technical Expertise – Utilizes knowledge of relational databases, business rules, and software development best practices to build and refine data pipelines and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders – Partner with business teams to understand data-related needs, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions that drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required –
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum two years of work experience.
- Field of Study: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Computer programming and data reporting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well with others.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
Preferred –
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience with database manipulation, .NET, SQL, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of relational databases, finance, business statistics, insurance industry, and cloud-based technologies (Azure, DevOps, Data Studio, etc.).

The Pay Rate range for this position is $34 – $45 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
