Job Description
Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join their Cleveland office. This role involves providing technical support for desktop and mobile devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining client/server printing systems. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft Office applications, and Active Directory administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide local and remote desktop support for end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and client/server applications
- Perform basic administration of Active Directory and Exchange Server
- Support mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and printers
- Maintain documentation and assist with IT projects as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in desktop support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2016 or newer, and Office 365
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and IT infrastructure concepts
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Associate’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds

The base salary range for this position is mid $60,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
