Pay Rate: $23-25 hour
Shift: 1st shift Monday-Thursday 4 am-2:30 pm + Overtime

We have partnered with a Premier Die Casting Company in Germantown, WI. They are a full-service Brass and Aluminum High-Pressure Die Casting Company that was established in 1977 and offer many opportunities for growth. As a Die die-cast utility, you will be joining a dynamic team at a growing manufacturing company in a very important position in our business. You will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of die-casting to facilitate production. This is a hands-on physically demanding, fast-paced, and highly responsible shop floor Position.
Responsibilities:
- Install and remove tooling in die-casting machines.
- Produce good casting samples for Quality Control to approve production.
- Change cores, shot rods, shot tips, spray guns
- Furnace tending and metal transfers
- Material Handling
- Relief operator
- Help facilitate the start of the shift.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Die Casting or foundry experience is a plus but not required.
- Steel Toe shoes
- Must be able to stand, lift, and work in varying temperatures.
- Ability to learn, follow directions of a supervisor & work in a team environment.
- A positive attitude and regular, punctual attendance are required.
