Job Description
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling digital assets that enhance the user experience across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a strong design aesthetic, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce digital assets for websites and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Adapt and refine creative content from internal and external teams to maintain consistency across digital platforms.
- Design layouts and prototypes for seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with merchandising and marketing teams.
- Ensure digital designs enhance user experience while meeting accessibility standards and performance requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, graphic design, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and app projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $30 – $35 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
