Hourly rate: $36.80/hr.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
The Learning Content Designer (LCD) works with Learning Experience Developers and Instructional Designers to create engaging learning materials. Using various tools, they produce captivating visuals and multimedia that clarify and entertain. The LCD contributes creative expertise and plays a key role in developing impactful learning experiences to address performance gaps and drive behavior change.
What you will be doing:
- Manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, including designing, shooting, and editing videos and photos.
- Use desktop publishing, eLearning software, and A/V tools to create professional training materials.
- Help develop and maintain branding templates for consistent Learning & Development content.
- Contribute to Learning & Development teams and skill-building communities.
- Offer guidance on best practices for audio, video, and photography content.
- Design course content using tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Suite, based on approved plans.
- Collaborate with Lead Instructional Designers and SMEs for content and feedback.
- Maintain and train on A/V equipment and best practices.
Your New Role:
Work with the Learning and Instructional Design team to create content and support training initiatives through various delivery methods, such as classroom-based learning, one-on-one sessions, self-paced materials, job aids, virtual classrooms, and webinars.
What is required:
- Two years of experience in media design, including video production, audio narration, multimedia development, and graphic design using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- One year of experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Technology; Education or Business Administration
