Job Description
As the Director of Sales and Design you will work with the cabinetry department to input, maintain, and oversee all current jobs assigned. You will run design meetings, meet with clients, and track all progress with both contractors and customers. You will also learn and run assigned systems and software and ensure specifications are being met.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from start to finish and the contractors/employees assigned on them
- Work directly with design teams and customers to achieve and implement their vision
- Maintain timelines for all jobs and help grow the business by brining in new clients and projects
- Review costs and manage materials within budget for all departments
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of cabinetry or carpentry experience. Management would be a plus
- High School Diploma or GED. College degree preferred
- Knowledge of programs such as AutoCAD and Microvellum and their implementation
- Experience with contracting, project budgeting, and customer sales/service are all a must

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
