DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- BS in Chemical, Physical, Biological or Clinical Laboratory Science
- 4+ years of experience in complex testing required
- ASCPT, AMT, AAB certified preferably
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As a CLINICAL LABORATORY DIRECTOR, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinical laboratory, ensuring accurate and efficient testing to support patient care. You will manage staff, budget, equipment and workflow while implementing quality control procedures and maintain regulatory compliance. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and ensuring that the lab meets the highest standards for safety, accuracy and efficiency.
