- Brand new role to take the Customer Service function to the next level
- Work closely with Sales, Plant Operations, Leadership and Customers to drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, lead a team of 4 direct & 10+ indirect
- Compensation – Base salary $165,000 + Bonus; commensurate with experience
- 10 years of Customer Service, Sales Operations experience including VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) and more
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership in Customer Service or Supply Chain
- Natural leadership skills to develop, coach and grow a customer service team
- Mentorship skills required to lead others AND to be led and coached by Leadership
- Exceptional communication and cross collaboration – critical skill; consensus builder
- Problem solving and analytical skills – data driven
- Oversee, plan, organize, and execute the customer service strategy & operations
- Team Leadership – hire, train and develop the Team
- Policy development – establish policies and procedures to drive customer satisfaction
- Performance monitoring – develop and drive the use KPI’s for efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service function
- Customer advocacy & customer focus– act as the voice of the customer to ensure customer needs are addressed
- Cross departmental collaboration to drive a unified customer experience
