WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As a DIRECTOR OF IT, you will oversee the management and security of the hospital’s information systems, ensuring seamless operation of electronic health records (EHR) and other critical healthcare technologies. You will lead IT staff, manage technology budgets, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA while implementing new systems to improve patient care and operational efficiency. The role focuses on maintaining cybersecurity, optimizing data flow, and ensuring all technology aligns with the hospital’s goals and standards.
