Job Description:
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy and drive business growth for a well-established, employee-owned company in Lincoln, NE. Reporting to the CEO, this role requires a mix of hands-on execution and strategic leadership to expand brand awareness and increase revenue. This is an onsite, direct-hire opportunity for a local candidate passionate about marketing in the hospitality/service restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Oversee branding, advertising, and graphic design to ensure brand consistency
- Manage social media strategies, collaborating with Operations and Marketing teams
- Create and manage content for websites, emails, and digital platforms
- Coordinate with creative agencies for advertising, menu photography, video shoots, and printed collateral
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Marketing management experience in the hospitality/service restaurant industry preferred
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email campaign platforms like Constant Contact and Mailchimp
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to mentor and develop marketing team members
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

The base salary range for this position is $90,000–$100,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
