DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Registered Nurse holding current KS RN license
- CPR Certified
- 4+ years in nursing administration/supervision/hands-on
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As a CNO/DON, you will oversee the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to healthcare regulations. You will manage staffing, coordinate training, and develop policies to optimize nursing operations in a rural setting with limited resources. Additionally, you will collaborate with hospital leadership to improve patient outcomes and maintain efficient, patient-centered care delivery.
