Job Description
Carry out standardized and repetitive electromechanical assembly tasks, including box builds, wire, cable, and harness assembly. Perform surface mount technology (SMT) and/or through-hole hand assembly (soldering).
Responsibilities:
- Inspect Electrical and/or Mechanical assemblies, Chassis, Cables, and Harnesses for defects.
- Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire, stripping, wiring and fastening connections, and pulling kits.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be able to read and understand work instructions, schematics, bills of material, diagrams, and engineering change orders.
- Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools and small power tools.
- Ability to solder and/or rework fine pitch SMT parts under magnification a plus.
- Ability to work OT on an as-needed basis to meet company goals.
- Strong attention to detail.

The base pay range for this position is $17.20–$19.00 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
