Play a critical role in partnering with a metal and steel manufacture when you become an electronic assembler for this local and fast growing company that has been around for more than 100 years in Omaha, NE. Qualified candidates will be self-directed and quality minded. We want to add team members who take pride in their work and have the ability to solve problems in a team environment.
What matters most as an electronic assembler:
- Pay of $18-$22 an hour
- 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday- Friday

Your new role as an electronic assembler:
- Mechanical assembly of various size structural and electrical components.
- Electrical installations according to wiring specifications.
- Operate necessary tools, as listed on the job description, to aid in the assembly of cable reels.
- Connects color-coded wires.
- Tests and adjusts electrical assemblies.
- Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with a supervisor or engineer to clarify assembly problems.
- Manufacturing consultant to engineering and sales department concerning design problems.
- Field service and start-up duty opportunities.
- Responsible for checking the accuracy of engineering, sales, and manufacturing offices' input to ensure customer final product is correct and within quality acceptance guidelines.
What you need as an electronic assembler:
- Have 2-5 years of experience with electrical or mechanical assembly experience
- Have experience operating cut-off saws, drill presses
- Soldering experience a plus
- Ability to read blueprints a plus
- Must be able to use measurement devices
