Job Description:
Responsible for the preparation and importing of clinical documents into the electronic medical record through a software imaging application
Responsibilities:
- Prep files into electronic medical records
- Index documents, Scanning, and Quality Review
- Categorize and store data from checks into a tracking system
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospital Medical Records / Health Information Management Dept
- Previous experience with a document imaging system preferred.
