What Matters Most:
- The Embroidery Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer managing our Uniform business and is also responsible for the tailoring and Direct to Garment (DTG) operation
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and deadlines
- The role involves supervising a team, coordinating with other departments, maintaining equipment, and taking the department to the next level to contribute to our company’s success

What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or equivalent; additional training or certification in embroidery or related field is a plus.
- · Minimum 5 + years of a supervisory or managerial role.
- 3 + years of experience in the embroidery department.
