Job Description
The Engineer will leverage expertise in the metal stamping industry to design and detail tools, dies, and parts using CAD and 3D/2D modeling. This role involves reading part prints, performing inspections, and collaborating on engineering projects to support production. Familiarity with industry-standard software and processes will ensure success in delivering precise and efficient solutions.
The Engineer will leverage expertise in the metal stamping industry to design and detail tools, dies, and parts using CAD and 3D/2D modeling. Familiarity with industry-standard software and processes will ensure success in delivering precise and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and model tools, dies, and parts using CAD in 2D and 3D formats
- Read and interpret part prints and conduct basic part inspections
- Support tool and die design and part detailing for metal stamping processes
- Utilize Excel and Adobe Acrobat for documentation and analysis
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in the metal stamping industry required
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D/2D modeling
- Familiarity with tool and die design and/or part detailing
- Ability to read part prints and perform basic inspections
- Familiarity with Excel and Adobe Acrobat (VISI experience a plus)

The base salary range for this position is $52,000–$65,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
