- Manage the strategy and execution of a newly created equipment financing program
- Support a dedicated teams of sales producers as a trainer, finance manager and functional finance expert and leasing SME
- Direct Hire role, generous base compensation, $150,000 plus generous bonus; commensurate with experience
- Sales and Business Savvy about Construction, Agriculture, and the large equipment Industry

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field; preferred
- 5-10 years’ experience managing equipment leasing programs
- Familiar with large equipment & related leasing and warranty program
- Familiar with concept of “assignment of equipment”
- Travel across Nebraska and other midwestern states as required
- Primary contact with bank and equipment leasing financial institution
- Interface with the Sales teams and sales managers to drive sales and market share
- Develop a plan which includes Strategic alignment, Performance Management, Marketing Strategy, Pricing Support and Sales integration
- Create a positive culture to help cultivate a high performing team
